Individual & Group Coaching
Work with me one-on-one or in small groups on any of your health, wellness or life goals. In-person sessions available in downtown Portland, Oregon. Remote, on-site, and in-home sessions also available.
Full sessions are 50 minutes in length with a variety of scheduling options (weekly, bi-weekly, full, half) depending on your needs. For new clients, I typically work in 10-12 week blocks centered on a personalized coaching plan with specific goals. And the coaching process doesn’t stop with the session – I will be supporting you between sessions.

- At your intro session, we’ll discuss your goals/priorities, my approach, and we’ll see if we’re a good fit.
- We’ll create your customized coaching plan.
